I was going down a rabbit hole in between the political anarchy and none stop request to join or follow someones Onlyfans account via X/Twitter, when I stumbled across the cutest little pixie and upcoming porn star Faryn Lain. I reached out to her and we were able to connect, very down to earth and humble for sure. I asked if she would like to be interviewed and she said yes, so I sent her over few questions to get a better understanding of who she is and what she is about. How did you get started in the adult entertainment industry?

I was always hyper-sexual. I was obsessed with hentai doujinshi for a
long time and loved the way the artist would craft their viewpoint of
different sexual scenarios. It was something I’d try to replicate in
my own sex life to varying degrees of success lol. My husband and I
got married really fast, we’d known each other since HS so he knew
what I was about and asked if I’d ever considered being in porno, I
blushed, I hadn’t even really indulged in seeing myself on camera at
this point. My husband and I did the whole “Facebook content creator”
thing , the “Fetlife” kinkster thing , but we didn’t vibe with
lifestylist and we didn’t fit into the content creator space. I jumped
on Twitter and began reaching out to people in the porn world until
one day I came across Jays Pov. I fell in love with the way he
photographed women on and off his dick lol, we connected and shot a
few scenes together. The moment I finished my first shoot I was like
“Oh wow this is 100% my life now” and it’s kinda been that way ever
since.

Can you describe your first experience on set? How did it feel?

My first time on set will go down as a big core memory, I enjoyed
every bit of the shooting experience, Jay was an incredible host and
director- I couldn’t imagine my introduction to the porn world going
any better, it was perfect.

How do you prepare for a shoot, both physically and mentally?

My preparation for shooting is pretty serious, I abstain from any kind
of sex for a few days prior if it can be helped, I detox my body of
any unhealthy foods I may have been eating prior- I run a skin routine
day to day anyhow but really up it prior to a shoot. Mentally I’m
kinda already there lol, I never feel like mentally I have to adjust
or anything like that, but I have a lot of respect for the director
and crews trade, ultimately I want to look my best and give their
production all the value their talent and time deserve. I don’t
believe in shooting with producers who don’t demonstrate these
standards.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I enjoy everything about my job, I think the part I enjoy the least
sometimes is reminding myself it is “just a job’. I really have too
much fun

What do you do to relax and unwind?

In my personal life I enjoy puzzles, crocheting, swimming, and
horseback riding. I’m pretty simple outside of porn 🙂

Have you encountered any difficult situations on set? How did you handle
them?

I’ve never encountered anything on set that is difficult! I wish I had
a better answer but, my shoots have all been a blast.

What are your future goals within the industry?

My future goals are mostly studio related, I’d love to appear on more
mainstay hardcore productions like Nympho, Hookup Hotshots, Dick
Drainers and Mainstream names like BangBros & New Sensations- I would
like to make more friends within the adult industry too 🙂

How can the public better understand and support performers in the adult
entertainment industry?

I don’t often think about what the public thinks, but, the people
who’ve made me feel uncomfy about what I do are ironically other
women. I think they call them “swerfs” now- sex work excluding radical
feminist lol- I’ve been having fun with sex related work since I was
18 so I don’t know I kind of live in my community- I don’t know what the public needs to adjust 🙂
